Customer Service Representative
Act as primary interface to outside and internal customers, dealing with quoting customers, entering orders, holding design review for new products, expediting and also having a close working relationship with our outside representatives, personnel and our customers.
Process Engineer
Evaluate present manufacturing process methods, determine opportunities for improvement, and implement accordingly. Process engineering documentation and improvements. Provide accurate information to internal customers including QA, Sales, Planning and Manufacturing.
Development Engineer
Develops unique cable designs and cable extrusion processes, interact with manufacturing to transfer new technologies from laboratory scale to production scale. Support marketing and sales with samples, technical data, written reports and presentations.
Electronics Technician
Provide production support through the installation, upgrade, repair and general maintenance of all electrical equipment in the facility.
Quality Technician
Coordinate PPAP documentation for automotive customers. Communicate with customers, sales, engineering, raw material suppliers and manufacturing operators regarding quality issues. Facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
EXAR Extruder
Operates the machines which insulate the wire and cables. Use of extruders, roll movers, microscope and testing equipment, hand tools, vice, carts, lifts, drills, mixers, scoops, and rolling stairs.
Cabling Operator
Operates the cable machines that twin and twist several wires together. Use of cable machines, spool movers, overhead hoists, skid plates, and wire cutters.
Irradiation Operator
Runs irradiation machines which cure the wire so it can withstand high temperatures. Use of timer, spool movers, radiation machine, cablers, wire cutters, wrenches, knife, and razors.
Braiding Operator
Runs braiding machines which braid wire together. Use of braiders, bobbins, carts, hand tools, shield cleaner, and scrapping machine.
Shipping and Receiving Clerks
Move completed product from the facility according to shipping records. Use of fork truck, wire cutters, banding machine, tape machine, wrap machine, overhead hoist, and computer.
