EXRAD® XLE 200 ISO 6722-1 thin-wall shielded battery cable combines high temperature performance, great flexibility and ruggedness for high voltage applications. This next generation of XLE is a high performance irradiation cross-linked fluoro-elastomer able to withstand temperatures of 275°C and higher.  Our thin wall and fluid resistant insulations allow for lower weight and less space. This cable has natural UV resistance unlike most cross-linked polyolefins.

The EXRAD XLE 200 high flex conductor and insulation are designed to be thinner and lighter than other high voltage cables. It is extremely flexible for easy routing in tight confined areas, yet tough enough to withstand the most exteme environments. EXRAD XLE 200 can be routed through twists and turns where other cables can not.

EXRAD XLE 200 cables are ideally suited to applications, especially conventional, hybrid and electric vehicles, where a combination of flexibility, long life and performance is required. ROHS and CE Compliant.
