Leadership profiles

Bill Reichert

Bill Reichert is the CEO and President of Champlain Cable Corporation. Bill has been in the wire and cable industry since 1984, with more than 25 years at Champlain Cable. Bill previously was COO where he led operational improvements, plant startups in El Paso and Champlain Cable’s Leeds acquisition. His extensive wire and cable background includes sales, quality, engineering and operations roles with several organizations. In 2015 Bill served as the President of The Wire Association International. Bill holds an MBA and Bachelors degree (Chemistry) from the University of Vermont.

Kyle Koenig

Kyle Koenig is Vice President of Sales and Vermont Operations for Champlain Cable Corporation. Kyle has been with Champlain Cable since 2008 and has held various positions throughout the organization in both Sales and Operations during his tenure. Kyle is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Direct Field Sales, Field Representatives, and Inside Sales across all business units and facilities along with responsibility for Champlain Cable Corp Headquarters and Design Center-Vermont for Production, Engineering, Maintenance. Kyle has a BS in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from Northern Vermont University.

Tim Lizotte

Tim Lizotte is the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Champlain Cable Corporation.  Tim is responsible for all finance and accounting activities at Champlain Cable. Tim also performs consulting and due diligence activities for Champlain’s parent firm, American Industrial Acquisition Corp (AIAC). Tim has been at Champlain Cable and in the wire and cable industry 25 years, prior to that he spent 5 years in the RF interconnect (connector, cable assembly and components) business.  Tim graduated with a BS in Accounting from Boston College.

Richard Trahan

Richard Trahan is Vice President of Business Development for Champlain Cable, overseeing Automotive and Commercial Vehicle, Industrial, Military and Rail Business Units.  Richard manages projects and product development activities within these market verticals.  Richard has extensive knowledge in cable design, engineering, and product management and is a voting member on SAE and ISO committees. Richard has a BS in Applied Business Management as well as an AS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vermont Technical College.

Manny Noriega

Manny Noriega is Vice President, Quality and Continuous Improvement.  Manny oversees Quality and Continuous Improvement at all Champlain Cable facilities.  Manny has held several positions of increased responsibility at Champlain Cable and has a background in quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

Robert Konnik

Robert Konnik is Vice President of Technology & Development. Robert overseas research and development activities.  Robert has over 30 years of wire and cable experience in a variety of areas including Business Development, Engineering, R&D and overseeing business units.  Robert has a BSEE from the University of New Haven and an executive certificate from MIT in strategy and innovation.  Robert is also an IEEE senior member and active participant, being the current secretary of NPEC, past chair of SC2, past chair of ICC Sub D, Chair of IEEE 383, Chair of IEEE 690, and Vice Chair of IEC/IEEE 60780-323 as well as member of the NPEC conformity assessment steering committee.

Conor McNally

Conor McNally is the Director of Information Technology at Champlain Cable Corporation. Joining Champlain Cable in 2021, Conor has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and an Information Systems degree from Daniel Webster College. Conor has extensive cyber security and cloud solutions background from many IT roles with several organizations. Conor manages all Information Technologies activities for all Champlain Cable facilities.

Aida Rueda

Aida Rueda is Vice President Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing at Champlain Cable.  Aida oversees all Sourcing activities at Champlain.  She has over 12 years of accomplishments in Sourcing and Supply Chain with different global organizations, and has led cross-functional teams for multiple materials.

Cindy Olson

Cindy Olson is Vice President of Human Resources and joined Champlain Cable in August 2019.  Cindy oversees HR for all Champlain Cable facilities.  Cindy has over 20 years of HR management, and has an Associates degree in Accounting and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Champlain College.  She has served on the Board of Directors for KidSafe Collaborative since 2013.

Marcel Wolring

Marcel Wolring is Vice President of Southwest Operations at Champlain Cable. Marcel has operational responsibility for all El Paso manufacturing facilities in Texas, including Operations Management. Marcel joined Champlain Cable in 2021, and has over 40 years of manufacturing experience including project management, supply chain, operational management and quality. Marcel started his career in steel wire rope manufacturing for heavy offshore crane ropes and lifting slings. After 10 years he moved into Custom cable manufacturing, first in Europe and later in US, mostly used in dynamic applications and under water, seismic, and oil and gas applications.
