Leadership profiles

Bill Reichert

Bill Reichert is the CEO and President of Champlain Cable Corporation. Bill has been in the wire and cable industry for over 35 years, with more than 20 years at Champlain Cable. Bill previously was COO where he led operational improvements, plant startups in El Paso and Champlain Cable’s Leeds acquisition. His extensive wire and cable background includes sales, quality, engineering and operations roles with several organizations. In 2015 Bill served as the President of The Wire Association International. Bill holds an MBA and Bachelors degree (Chemistry) from the University of Vermont.

Tim Lizotte

Tim Lizotte is the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Champlain Cable Corporation.  Tim is responsible for all finance, accounting and IT activities at Champlain Cable. Tim also performs consulting and due diligence activities for Champlain’s parent firm, American Industrial Acquisition Corp (AIAC). Tim has been at Champlain Cable and in the wire and cable industry 15 years, prior to that he spent 5 years in the RF interconnect (connector, cable assembly and components) business.  Tim graduated with a BS in Accounting from Boston College.

Cindy Bernier

Cindy Bernier is the Vice President of Operations at Champlain Cable.  Cindy has operational responsibility for all three of Champlain’s manufacturing facilities, including Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Planning/Scheduling. Having joined Champlain Cable in 2021, Cindy has 30+ years of manufacturing experience, including project, supply chain, and operational management.  She has a BS degree in Management from The University of Phoenix and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing Technology from the Community College of Vermont.

Richard Antic

Richard Antic is the Vice President of Business Development for the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle and Industrial Business Units. Richard manages sales, marketing and product development activities within these BU’s and also oversees Industrial and Automotive Product Mangers, and Marketing.  Richard has worked at Champlain for 30 years in various roles including Operations, Quality, Engineering and Sales. Richard has a BS in Mining Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Kyle Koenig

Kyle Koenig is the Director of Sales.    Kyle is responsible for sales activities across all Business Units and oversees Direct Field Sales, Field Representatives, and Inside Sales.  Kyle had been with Champlain over 12 years and has held positions in Inside Sales Management, and Field Sales before taking on the Director of Sales role.  Kyle has a BS in Business from Northern Vermont University.

Bruce Sinnott

Bruce Sinnott is Vice President of Business Development for the MMT and Shipboard Business Units. Bruce manages sales, marketing and product development activities within these BU’s.  Bruce has over 30 years of wire and cable experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations.  Bruce is also the current Chair of the NEMA 7HW Technical Committee.

ROBERT KONNIK

Robert Konnik is Vice President of Technology & Development. Robert overseas research and development activities.  Robert has over 30 years of wire and cable experience in a variety of areas including Business Development, Engineering, R&D and overseeing business units.  Robert has a BSEE from the University of New Haven and an executive certificate from MIT in strategy and innovation.  Robert is also an IEEE senior member and active participant, being the current secretary of NPEC, past chair of SC2, past chair of ICC Sub D, Chair of IEEE 383, Chair of IEEE 690, and Vice Chair of IEC/IEEE 60780-323 as well as member of the NPEC conformity assessment steering committee.

ADAM BARSKY

Adam Barsky is the Director of Engineering.  Adam oversees all engineering functions, inclusive of R&D, process engineering, cable development, quality, spec writing and leads Champlain’s continuous improvement initiatives.  Adam graduated Dartmouth college in 2005 with dual degrees in Engineering Sciences and Mechanical Engineering.  Adam also earned an MBA (2018) and Master’s in Strategic Management (2020) from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and joined Champlain Cable in 2015.

Mike Crouchley

 

Mike Crouchley is the Supply Chain Director at Champlain Cable.  Mike has extensive Supply Chain background, having worked for GE, IBM, Maytag, Husky Injection Molding and Lane Press Inc. Mike has Supply Chain responsibility for all three of Champlain’s manufacturing facilities. Mike first worked at Champlain Cable from 2010 through 2019 and then recently returned. Mike has 30+ years of Supply Chain experience, including managing Shipping and Receiving, Scheduling and Procurement. He has a BS degree in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College.  Mike served on the Board of Directors for the New England Wire Association for several years and was President of that Association in 2018.

Cindy Olson

Cindy Olson is Vice President of Human Resources and joined Champlain Cable in August 2019.  Cindy oversees HR for all Champlain Cable facilities.  Cindy has over 20 years of HR management, and has an Accounting degree from Champlain College.  She has served on the Board of Directors for KidSafe Collaborative since 2013.
