Bill Reichert is the CEO and President of Champlain Cable Corporation. Bill has been in the wire and cable industry for 33 years, 22 of these with Champlain Cable. Bill previously was COO where he led operational improvements, plant startups in El Paso and Champlain Cable’s Leeds acquisition. His extensive wire and cable background includes sales, quality, engineering and operations roles with several organizations. In 2015 Bill served as the President of The Wire Association International. Bill holds an MBA and Bachelors degree (Chemistry) from the University of Vermont.
Tim Lizotte is the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Champlain Cable Corporation. Tim is responsible for all finance, accounting and IT activities at Champlain Cable. Tim also performs consulting and due diligence activities for Champlain’s parent firm, American Industrial Acquisition Corp (AIAC). Tim has been at Champlain Cable and in the wire and cable industry 15 years, prior to that he spent 5 years in the RF interconnect (connector, cable assembly and components) business. Tim graduated with a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
Bob Auger is the Vice President of Operations at Champlain Cable. Bob has operational responsibility for all three of Champlain’s manufacturing facilities. This includes Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Planning/Scheduling and Facilities & Maintenance teams. Bob joined Champlain Cable in 2017 and brings with him 35 years of wire and cable experience having held senior staff positions at several leading wire and cable manufacturing companies.
Richard Antic is the Vice President of Business Development for the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle and Industrial Business Units. Richard manages all sales, marketing and product development activities within these Business Units and also oversees Industrial and Automotive Product Mangers, Marketing, and Field Sales activities for the BU’s. Richard has worked at Champlain for 30 years in various roles including Operations, Quality, Engineering and Sales. Richard has a BS in Mining Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Mike Williams is the Vice President of Engineering. Mike is responsible for product development and continuous improvement with his R&D, Process Engineering and Quality teams. Mike joined Champlain Cable in 2017 and has over 30 years of engineered product development experience in diverse electrical industries, including 17 years in wire and cable. Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds four Patents. He has a BS in Electric Power Engineering and an MBA, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Bruce Sinnott is Vice President of Business Development for MMT and Shipboard Business Units. Bruce manages all sales, marketing and product development activities within these Business Units and also oversees Inside Sales and Field Sales activities for the BU’s. Bruce has over 30 years of wire and cable experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations.
Rebecca Cloutier is the Director of Human Resources at Champlain Cable Corporation. Rebecca is responsible for strategic hiring, employee development, and employee relations. Rebecca joined Champlain Cable in 2006 and has over 20 years of payroll and human resources experience. Rebecca has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from The New England College of Business and Finance. Rebecca is also SHRM-CP and PHR certified and an active member of both The Society of Human Resources Management and Vermont Human Resources Association.
