EXRAD® XLE 200 ISO 19642-3 thin-wall 60V battery cable combines, ISO Class F high temperature performance, fluid and UV resistance, great flexibility and ruggedness. This cable is ideally suited to challenging applications, where a combination of flexibility, long life and high performance is required.
This next-generation of XLE is a high performance irradiation cross-linked fluoro-elastomer able to withstand temperatures of 275°C and higher. The XLE-200 material has natural UV resistance unlike most cross-linked polyolefins.
The EXRAD XLE 200 is thinner and lighter than other high voltage cables. It is extremely flexible for easy routing in tight confined areas, yet tough enough to withstand the most extreme environments. EXRAD XLE 200 can be routed through turns and tight spaces where other cables cannot.
